Web Development

I've been running servers on the 'net for nigh on 15 years. Back in the dark ages it was with a community group in Sydney that shared access to a 2400 baud modem that was jacked into Telstra's backbone. Back then it was all NNTP, FTP, SMTP and telnet. I remember seeing the web for the first time and thinking "it's pretty cool, but it will never catch on - it's too slow!", which just goes to show how crappy I am at picking trends :)

Anyway, you can see my original attempts at web pages via the Way Back Machine. These days I use WordPress for my blogging, along with some custom PHP, but I've done web development with PERL and Python under Zope too.
