I really enjoyed watching the video of this talk at the CN3C conference in Germany entitled "In-house Electronics Manufacturing from Scratch (how hard can it be)". The talk was given by Augustin Bielefeld and Alexander Willer about their experience trying to set up a factory to manufacture the electronic products they are looking to build.
